BACK-STORY: Lilac was born in a fairly typical elf village, deep within the northern forests of her homeland. Connection with humans was extremely rare, although not unheard of; like many elves, this had given her clan a tight-knit bond, but also potentially decreased their knowledge.
Her mother worked for the village lore-keeper, while her father was an expert gatherer. Lilac’s fascination with gardening developed at an early age; she possibly didn’t have a choice, given she was named after her mother’s favourite flower. Lilac’s father also helped; from him, she learned a broad range of plant taxonomies and cultivation skills.
At primary school, Lilac excelled in artistic subjects; her skill with painting flourished fastest. She enjoyed painting the landscapes around her village, but flowers were her speciality. Her general academic skills were around average; she acquired a lot of knowledge from her mother, but she was far more a budding artist than an up-and-coming scholar.
When puberty hit, however, no-one really expected the incredible bust growth Lilac experienced. The rest of her body developed normally, albeit most impressively; she had been blessed with good genes. Her notable traits included soft and gentle facial features, with a warm smile and kind eyes; broad and strong hips, accompanied by a rather attractive rear; and graceful, elegant movements - all of which tended to be overshadowed by her breasts.
Elven scholars were completely at a loss to explain the mysterious breast growth. Rumours of witchcraft quickly began to spread through the forest; Lilac came under heavy suspicion from the superstitious villagers. Her parents were determined to prove her innocence, so they began searching through lore to try and find as much information as possible. Meanwhile, Lilac tried to continue her studies and began focusing on a broader selection of abilities. She became a capable singer, working hard to develop a harmonious voice, and honed her artistic abilities despite her breasts getting in the way. In order to gain the strength to carry her ever-growing chest, she took on a number of physical activity classes.
During Lilac’s fifteenth year, a severe fire raged through the forest. Observers from the human city to the south had noted the fire had been caused by a vicious thunderstorm and worked to contain it; the elves did not realise this, and blamed the suspicious fire on the ‘witch’. Lilac’s parents protested her innocence and demanded the incident be properly investigated. Out of respect, the elders refrained from immediately condemning her. From that point on, however, anything unusual was quietly pinned on Lilac. Her parents tried their hardest to defend her, but the task became more and more difficult each time, not helped by a bad frost around the time of her 17th birthday.
By the time she was 18, Lilac’s breasts had fully grown; each breast was at least twice as big as her head, with an impressive balance of perkiness and softness. Her parents had tried to discover as much as they could about her condition, but nothing had been revealed. They tried to mask their disappointment with a large party for their daughter, but this went badly wrong when several young males, who had smuggled in some sort of substance called ‘alcohol’ they obtained from a rather shady traveller, tried to molest Lilac and several other girls.
Finally fed up with everything, the elders were now determined to cast Lilac out, under charges of ‘witchcraft and corrupting youths’ - the latter being an awfully vague charge which covered pretty much anything they wanted, in this case meaning ‘we don’t like having our people staring at her chest’. Lilac was subsequently hauled before the elders of her forest and banished; her parents were removed from their positions, but allowed to stay.
Lilac had no idea where to go or what to do. The outside world seemed terrifying to her; the distant human town was especially daunting, with its large crowds and artificial constructions. While she was able to find some shelter by a small river, she had only two weeks’ worth of provisions to live on; after that, she would have to forage or seek help.
Among the humans, word soon spread about a woman with immensely large breasts living by a river. Crowds soon gathered to see - often rather lewd males wanting to get an eyeful of her chest - and while she thought it would not be a major issue at first, the increasing numbers of spectators soon began to make her feel uncomfortable. Gathering her meagre possessions, she fled in a blind panic.
When she finally stopped running, she wound up completely lost. She stumbled around for a day, trying to make sense of her situation, and realised she would indeed have to ask for help. Swallowing all her pride, she entered the human town.
Being the centre of attention made Lilac feel very uncomfortable, especially when people started asking questions. She was very pleasantly surprised when the questions were about her welfare; those who asked about her chest mentioned a certain condition. While Lilac didn’t know anything about it, the fact some of the people mentioned another lady with a similar figure heartened her. A kind merchant offered her a place to stay and pick up some resources while he contacted the lady in question.
Said lady was Margaret Black, a prominent socialite and, thanks to the large fortune she had inherited and developed, major benefactor of the city. She and her bodyguard/companion, a former knight called Jack O’Riordan, were more than happy to meet Lilac and not only welcome her, but explain exactly why her body had developed the way it did. As Lilac told her story, Margaret related parts of hers; Lilac was fascinated to discover the real reasons behind her enormous breasts. By contrast, it was cold comfort to learn the truth behind the disasters which had plagued her forest; she would be able to exonerate herself and her parents, but the superstitious beliefs of the elves, coupled with the exile order, most likely meant no-one would listen. Even more frustrating was the fact that the humans of the city knew elves lived in the forest, and had wanted to co-operate with them to protect and restore it; the elders’ stubborn nature had cost the forest as a whole considerably.
Lilac found a new home at Margaret’s manor, on the outskirts of town - Margaret had been a small-town girl as a child, and enjoyed a bit of peace and quiet when not socialising. She was rich enough to fund Lilac’s budding art career, which picked up once more now that the elf was surrounded by nature. . In spite of everything that had happened, she still wanted to let her parents know she was all right. She received her chance when Jack, who carried out mercenary jobs from time to time, took on a mission to provide aid for a community living near the forest.
No-one could foresee exactly how the simple mission would pan out...

BACK-STORY:
Some time ago, I purchased a few adoptable characters from :icona-e-l-y-x:, and it's about time I pulled my finger out and actually showed some development for them. This was the back-story I tinkered with for Lilac, the first one I bought. I pretty much had free rein to work with her personality, so it was fun to dream up ideas.
I've also tied in a second character I purchased, as well as another OC who appears in the ongoing (albeit stalled) saga I've been slowly writing. I might use these now and then, because their designs are really nice. Admittedly, if you don't like huge breasts, you probably aren't going to be interested.
Anyway, thanks very much to :icona-e-l-y-x: for Lilac - I will continue to take good care of her.

Breast growth being related to witch craft? Wish I possessed powers to make ladies tits grow! ;)
